Walaupun masih jauh ketegasanmu berbanding Umar,
Walaupun masih lemah imanmu berbanding Uthman,
Walaupun masih kurang ilmumu berbanding Ali,
Walaupun masih malap kesetiaanmu berbanding Abu Bakr,
dan
Walaupun masih sedikit perjuanganmu berbanding Muhammad..
Janganlah kau gundah,
Janganlah kau melatah,
Janganlah kau berduka,
Janganlah hati kau bergelora..
Kerana,
Di tingkatan darjat Allah, kau tetap tinggi
Di persada jihad Allah, kau tetap mulia
Di lautan takwa Allah, kau tetap terpuji..
Hanya..
Ibadahmu, takwamu, budimu dan pengorbananmu
di Fisabilillah
yang dapat membasahkan rohmu dari jelaga neraka..
Ameen.. Insyallah..
p.s.3. saja type p.s.3 sebab mcm best! hahahahahahaha
Between reality and fantasy, there is a thin line which merges the two worlds...

Walk the Life
Was invigilating exam this morning, bored and bloated, took a pen and started scribbling on the 'Kertas kajang' and this was what I got!
As the sun shines every morning,
we tell ourselves that
all we have today is courage..
Even though the same shine
wouldn’t be as bright
tomorrow,
we will always know
it will always be there
for the ones who
believe that
life isn’t to be cried for
trivial matters..
life isn’t to be wasted on
hurtful memories..
life isn’t to be ended for
bad experiences..
Rain does wash away
the sadness we go through,
Sun comes to brighten
our smile from within
so that our life
will continue to persevere and be preserved..
p.s. syitah, at least i updated my blog kan? ;p

Audio and Transition
Was looking at all my audio files in the laptop and came to realize that I don't have much of Dato' Siti Nurhaliza's songs! Gosh, what has happened to me? I have been listening to a variety of music for a while and have stopped being a fanatic lunatic fan of that Dato'! cool ke? :p Syitah would be very happy, I guess..
Then, I saw this one - Melawan Kesepian by Siti.. I just love the lyrics.. You all try la cari youtube dia if you like the song..
Realized that dah 4 bulan tak update blog!! Not into writing anymore, or not into writing non-academic stuffs anymore or not into writing blogs but only into updating facebook statuses kot??!! :p
So, here I am, updating the blog.. Nak kena contact abg fadhlah balik utk minta ubah the smurfy looks of my blog.. nak letak picture Hutan Banggi ni la. :)
Apapun yang terjadi
Berjalanlah tanpa henti
Air mata tertahan
Waktu untuk dijatuhkan
Nanti kita kan tahu
Betapa bijaknya hidup
Sepahit apapun ini
Pelajaran yang berarti
Semoga kepergianmu
Tak akan merubah apapun
Semoga mampu kulawan
Kesepianku
Nanti kita kan tahu
Betapa bijaknya hidup
Sepahit apapun ini

Aceh and I..
15 February 2010 in Acheh.
My eyes were widely opened (I mean, the one outside and the one in-sight!) when I saw the left over wreckage in Banda Aceh from the Tsunami which hit this part of the world in 2004.
Seriously, I was filled with mixed emotions when the Adik tour guide explained and detailed everything to me one by one, putting it in his own words on how he personally survived from the Tsunami. There was a long scar on his stomach which will never be forgotten by him.
These pictures (not all I have attached here), will tell you some of my own viewing of the affected area. Although it has been 6 years now, the feel of the tremor is still embroidered somewhere in the pillars of their hearts. Let's say some prayers for the ones who have passed on before us so that there will be someone who will say prayers to us when we leave... Al Fatihah..

What TEACHERS make?
God bless you all good teachers!!!
This is dedicated to all the teachers out there.
WHAT TEACHERS MAKE
The dinner guests were sitting around the table discussing life. One man, a CEO, decided to explain the problem with education. He argued, "What's a kid going to learn from someone who decided his best option in life was to become a teacher?"
He reminded the other dinner guests what they say about teachers: "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach."
To stress his point he said to another guest; "You're a teacher, Bonnie. Be honest. What do you make?"
Bonnie, who had a reputation for honesty and frankness replied, "You want to now what I make? (She paused for a second, then began...)
"Well, I make kids work harder than they ever thought they could.
I make a C+ feel like the Congressional Medal of Honor.
I make kids sit through 40 minutes of class time when their parents can't
make them sit for 5 without an IPod, Game Cube or movie rental.
You want to know what I make?" (She paused again and looked at each and
every person at the table.)
''I make kids wonder.
I make them question.
I make them apologize and mean it.
I make them have respect and take responsibility for their actions.
I teach them to write and then I make them write. Keyboarding isn't
everything.
I make them read, read, read.
I make them show all their work in math. They use their God given brain,
not the man-made calculator.
I make my students from other countries learn everything they need to know
in English while preserving their unique cultural identity.
I make my classroom a place where all my students feel safe.
I make my students stand, placing their hand over their heart to say the
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, One Nation Under God, because we live in
the United States of America.
Finally, I make them understand that if they use the gifts they were given,
work hard, and follow their hearts, they can succeed in life."
(Bonnie paused one last time and then continued.)
"Then, when people try to judge me by what I make, with me knowing money
isn't everything, I can hold my head up high and pay no attention because
they are ignorant... You want to know what I make?
I MAKE A DIFFERENCE .
What do you make Mr. CEO?"
His jaw dropped, he went silent.
P/S She forgot to say 'I make future CEOs'

Selawat eh?
Dear Readers,
I dedicate this song for all of you. I find comfort, humor as well as some guidance from this piece of relaxing song.. Enjoy it..
Shalawat (Wali Band)
Shalatullah salamullah, ala Thaha Rasulillah
Shalatullah salamullah, ala Yasin Habibillah
Awas jangan dekat-dekatan
Kitakan belum ada ikatan
Daripada dekat-dekatan
Mending kita shalawatan
BUkan aku tak suka padamu
Bukan aku tak mau denganmu
Tapi aku mau liat dulu
Setebal apa imanmu
Sudahlah engkau lupakan
Anggap saja kita taarufan
Sudahlah jangan kau pikirkan
Mending kita shalawatan

How does it feel?
~How does it feel
when you lose the one you love?
~How does it feel
when you lose the one you love and get them back?
~How does it feel
when you lose the one you love, get them back and lose them again?
~How does it feel
if you did not have the chance to say sorry before the one you love leaves?
~How does it feel
if you were the last person to know that the one you love was leaving?
~How does it feel
if you were not able to thank the person you love?

Sungguh aku bukan wali..
"sungguh aku bukan wali
yang suci dari hina dan benci.."
"cinta yang ku damba
tiada yang sempurna.."
"kita sentiasa muda untuk melakukan dosa
tetapi tidak pernah tua untuk bertaubat.."
"it is always nice to remember
what used to be good.."
"Orang-orang yang beruntung adalah mereka yang dihari ini, lebih baik dari hari kemarin. Mereka yang tidak lebih baik dari hari kemarin, adalah orang-orang yang merugi. Sedangkan jika dihari ini dirinya lebih buruk dari hari kemarin, maka mereka adalah orang-orang yang bankrup.."
p.s. - these are some of the words I like from songs and quotes that others have put in their writings.. Thank you!

The Average Child
I don't cause teachers trouble,
My grades have been OK,
I listen in my classes,
and I'm in school everyday.
My teachers think I'm average,
My parents think so too.
I wish I didn't know that
because there's lots I'd like to do.
I'd like to build a rocket,
I have a book that tells you how,
or start a stamp collection-well
there's no use in trying now.
Because since I found I'm average,
I'm just smart enough you see,
to know there is nothing special
that I should expect of me.
I'm part of the majority,
that hump part of the bell,
who spend life unnoticed
in an average kind of hell!
